At Cycle of Protection, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, damaged items, and exchanges.

Returned Goods Policy

• Returns are accepted for credit only – no direct refunds will be issued for returned items.
• All returns must receive prior written authorization from Cycle of Protection.
• Returns are accepted within 6 months of the invoice date.
• Only complete, unopened, and resalable cases in their original packaging will be accepted.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
• Partial cases or unauthorized returns will not be credited.

To initiate a return, please contact info@cycleofprotection.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and authorization.

Damaged Goods Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If the order arrives damaged:

• Refuse delivery of the damaged goods.
• Clearly note all damage on the Bill of Lading (B/L).
• Ensure the driver signs the B/L to acknowledge the damage.
• Return the damaged items to the driver at the time of delivery.

If these steps are not followed and there is no damage noted on the proof of delivery (POD), a claim will not be accepted. If properly documented, Cycle of Protection will investigate and issue credit based on the outcome.

Refund Policy

We do not issue monetary refunds for returned products. Approved returns are credited to your account for future purchases.

In cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, refunds may be processed after verification by our billing team. Please contact info@cycleofprotection.com with your invoice details.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item:

• Request a return as per our return policy.
• Place a new order for the correct item.
